So.. as you all know I went home this weekend... OMG, I don't even really want to talk about it, and i'm NOT going to log it. Between the homemade chicken pot pies and the travel food (wendys/tim hortons) and the giant breakfast and the cake AFTER breakfast, and then another piece of cake LATER in the day and then wendys again on the way home - couple ALL that with wine and pop and not nearly enough water and NO exercise, and it about sums up my weekend! So I was pretty surprised/please when I hopped on the scale, and had only really gained 1 lb from where I was friday (and I was bloated friday LOL)
So today - lots of water, a salad for lunch, and staying away from junk! And when I get home - kill that 30 day shred!
