I wasn`t going to weigh in today. I can feel the bloat of not eating the right foods but I did eat a few extras... not 3# worth of extras! I did exercize 5 out of 7 days. I met the SP exercize minutes that were recommended......maybe I will try to increase them.
I am OK (this time) with what the scale says. I am not always. I hate how the scale dictates me but I still need to be accountable.
I am NOT moving my "ticker". I believe it will give me incentive to leave it alone.
This coming week...I challenge myself to eat correctly and keep up with my exercizing.
I am not a number on the scale.............I still have my Aug. goals in mind........8 more pounds to go. ( OK...OK!! 11 more pounds to go.....JEESH......I "had" 8 )
I CAN DO THIS!!!
