Scale Accountability

I wasn`t going to weigh in today. I can feel the bloat of not eating the right foods but I did eat a few extras... not 3# worth of extras! I did exercize 5 out of 7 days. I met the SP exercize minutes that were recommended......maybe I will try to increase them.

I am OK (this time) with what the scale says. I am not always. I hate how the scale dictates me but I still need to be accountable.

I am NOT moving my "ticker". I believe it will give me incentive to leave it alone.

This coming week...I challenge myself to eat correctly and keep up with my exercizing.

I am not a number on the scale.............I still have my Aug. goals in mind........8 more pounds to go. ( OK...OK!! 11 more pounds to go.....JEESH......I "had" 8 )

I will emoticon I CAN DO THIS!!!

    One thing about the scale, it may not always reflect where we're at as accurately as we'd like, but it does keep up from slipping too far before we catch ourselves. Good catch!

    You will do well on your out of town trip this week without all the social activities tempting you. Hope we both can say we had GREAT weeks on plan ... I know we can!
