trying to focus

I get started each morning with renewed enthusiasm, but as I get into my day I lose focus and when I review my day, I have not met many of my small goals. any ideas on focusing on yourself in a very busy workday?

    Perhaps you have too many. Set ONE goal per week. For example, "this week I will track all of my meals" or "today I will walk for 10 minutes 3 times". emoticon emoticon

Maybe you need to set some easier goals to start off with. This way you can be sure to follow through. Ie. eating one piece of fruit per day or walking for a few minutes. I have the same problem. Feel free to spark mail me f you would like some extra support. I can always use it too. emoticon

    Congratulations on your enthusiasm each day!! I too find myself losing focus as the day wears on. I find it helps to have things pre-planned and organized to enable me to reach my goals. I also think it helps to start with one or two goals to get established and slowly add new ones after you feel you've incorporated those first goals. Success breeds success.
