My Motivation for Today

Monday, April 29, 2013

I had a good day yesterday. I got to do a lot of decluttering. I also did ST and cardio and finished my day with zumba. My DS and DIL and the grands and I went to a carnival which was a lot of fun and walking. I woke up feeling very energized. I am looking forward to having another good day.

    I really like the thought that exercise is the energy needed for the day ~ NOT food! Believe we have been trained to think of food as energy so when we are tired or don't feel well, we resolve it with food.

Great perspective to start with exercise and see it as the supplied of the energy you need, in conjunction with food that blesses the body.
