Cool Monday

It's a nice 4 here today in the big land, nice clear blue sky, it truly is a beautiful day.

So today is fast day, I was up at 530am doing yoga, what a nice way to start my day, it was a wonderful stretch.

Today's workout, kettlebell training, walking and yoga. My eating plan is going well, I do find it hard to eat enough calories, my pants are way looser, a good sign. A great start to my week, good luck to those of you who weigh in today. emoticon

    Good job!! I miss getting up early. Well I still get up early but due to insomnia, which messes up my sleep schedule because it's too early to go run (I'm visiting my Mom and her neighborhood is not the greatest), and then I am able to get back to sleep when I could go run *sigh*. I need to go to bed earlier overall anyway...
