Wow doing that 5K yesterday with my daughter feels amazing.
I am goal setting this morning. I am going to eat more fruits and veggies.. I've been in a slight slump.. but I shopped this weekend and made my soup and I think I'm in a good place.
I'm going to attempt to run even just short distances 3 times a week.. I've been trying but I keep getting too busy and it falls off of my to do list.. most of the kids activities are done! Just dance left I think.
I have 2 weeks left of school for me for this semester so I have to buckle down and get my studying done for my last tests!
