Decided on Sunday afternoon to get out of the house and do some exercise. I wanted to see a view of the ocean, so decided to walk/run to it. The exercise was not to improve speed, endurance or anything, it was just to get outside. I ran a bit and then walked and on the return I started to get competitive with myself, run faster, further. Having done 9 miles. I headed home and decided to stop at some steps - I do as part of my Ascenders Team. Decided to do 10x but adjusted it to 10 minutes which = 4x. Got home and decided to do an aromatherapy bath. Lit some scented candles in the bathroom, played some mediational music. After a while, I picked up a book i am trying to finish and read it for about 10 minutes. Got out of the tub - had a cold beer and went to bed.
I don't know what rev'd me up to do all of that. The scale was not my friend today -
