Life is one big mystery one we will never solve. How the world came to be ? How we came to be? Just how does our ever complex brain work?
Ever notice why people with everything are not happy and people with nothing are profoundly happy.? Some people seem to get dealt a very bad hand in life they go through and must carry more pain than others .Why is this?
There are a million questions on the mystery of life. We have found a few answers.
If we eat healthier , have less sugar and fats and more fruit vegetables and grains ,we live longer and get less disease. If we get the proper amount of sleep that our bodies need to feel rested than we have an easier more fulfilling day and less of a chance to be sick and can handle stress better. We need to stay hydrated and the best way to do this is with water more water means less calories taken in.
Exercise can bolster our immune system, make our hearts stronger,help with depression make our minds sharper, get rid of some of the stress hormones in our body. We have an easier time with peri- menopause and menopause if we exercise ,we get fewer hot flashes. We sleep better after we exercise. Our skin and bones is better when we exercise.
We have to be strong and find our own way in this hard game called life, There is no book of answers . Yes we will make mistakes but we will greet each new day as a new start a new beginning to get it right,and be happy.
Of this I know eating healthy, sleeping well, staying hydrated and getting your sleep is the best way to go through life.
