Weekly Update Blog BLC week 2

I had another very busy week with work, my graduation banquet, and house/dog sitting for a friend. The house I was staying at is in a beautiful neighbourhood and we are finally getting some nicer weather here I made sure to get out with the dogs to explore some of the parks nearby! There are lots of walking and bike paths so it was neat to explore.

I've also started to do my C25K training outside. I've downloaded the C25k app on my phone which makes it really easy to train outside and not on the treadmill, so I've taken one of my dogs out a few times this week for some walking/jogging. Hopefully the weather keeps up!

This next week I really want to focus more on meal planning and making sure I have something prepared. I ended up eating out a lot this week and although I made decent choices I don't like spending money that I don't need to. And prepared foods are always so high in sodium!
