Interval or Circuit Training

Sparks Coach is suggesting that I change up my routine to get my weight loss moving again. I've decided to set up a circuit training routine for myself. I can include the ST that I've wanted to do and mix it up with some time on the treadmill or other cardio. It's too late to start it tonight (when I check in with my Sparks Coach at the end of the day) but I will make the time to do it tomorrow.
My initial plan is to walk on the treadmill - 3 minutes to warm up - stop and do 2 sets of ST - back on the treadmill for 2 minute intervals with a break each time for doing my 2 sets of ST. I'll plan a 30 minute workout!
I'll track my days that I complete my circuit on this blog.
