Hard to believe my eyes when I stepped on the scale this morning for my weekly weigh-in. I was fully expecting to maintain after a 4 pound loss last week, but that was not what happened. Gratefully, I managed to lose another 3 pounds this week, bringing my total loss to 90 pounds.
It has been a hard task, but I am learning that I can enjoy exercise (and have even found quite the competitive streak deep inside me) and that, rather than causing me deep pain, it is actually fun and has given me more energy than I ever knew I could have. I feel very blessed.
