i tend to start projects. Paint a room, organize the kitchen drawer, google random thoughts (ticks/praying mantis chrysalis/definition of the word interrobang/Kimye pregnancy pics). I feel like i've accomplished something at the end of most days, which is uplifting. the goal is to have one of those accomplishments on most days include cardio and strength training.

    I like to make a list of my priorities each day. Crossing things off as I accomplish them feels so good! Consistency is key with exercise. Keep up the good work!
