My back has been killing me this week. I've got a nine pound baby that gets picked up and carried around a lot. I have a 42 pound three year old that also wants to be picked up and held a bit, too. When I did exercise, it was often cardio and/or flexibility. I didn't bother with strength traing until recent years. Then when I introduced strength training, I just did arms and legs. I skipped over doing core exercises, mostly because I didn't understand them and their importance.
Tomorrow I am going to start exercising again. My goals are to earn the SparkPeole Official 10-Minute Fitness Club Challenge in four weeks and to do core/back workouts are least twice a week.
