Well, I weighed myself today and I only lost a pound this week. But I suppose that is better then nothing. Considering I really didn't exercise at all last week. I think that I need some help and motivation to exercise every day during the week.
Didn't really stick to my 1 can of soda a day like I wanted to. But I am going to try and do that again for this week. Started drinking some water though this week. I got some flavor packets that I can just add into a bottle of water. I seem to have a hard time of drinking just plain water.
Hopefully tomorrow my knee will not be hurting like it has been yesterday and today. Going to try and make some changes this week, hopefully I can do it. Guess I need alot of motivation from Sparkpeople Sparkers.
