Day 490 - M

Sunday, April 28, 2013

Had a very rainy night & morning so everything is soggy & wet - as in MUD everywhere. Not so good for hiking on the trail. Jetta & I did go out for about 45 min. outside, she got to swim again too and had a ball. Then, I did the rest of the cardio walking inside where it wasn't so messy. Got the house straightened up again, toys put away 'til next time, laundry done and did a little on line catch up besides.

Did a ST session tonight - core; lower body. Why oh why did they take away the wonderful fitness tracker we had?!?! I can't even remember the 'correct' names of some of these exercises and am about to just do them as always, but not track them because it's such a pain to use the new system if you can't remember the exactly correct name of the exercise you're doing. Just pretty discouraged about the new change.

Hope you had a wonderful Sunday. A big thanks for stopping by today, if you had time. emoticon

Oh boy , the line forms to the rear for fitness tracker complaints! UGH I'm doing the best I can too. Obviously, I will do the exercises but bloody heck if I can remember the names of some of them. Oh well.

Too bad about the rain. Hope today's better. HATE rainy Momdays. HUGS

I sent a note to the SP answer sheet and they responded by saying that they had put a bunch of people on the new system at an earlier date and couldn't afford to uphold the 2 systems (old and new) on site at the same time. I don't like the tracker, but will adapt eventually. It's my mental attitude that will keep me going...but it sure helped to have a tracking program that I enjoyed using! This is the 4th or 5th change I've seen on SP that didn't thrill me. Guess they have to keep the interest going for the newbies...Just keep Sparkin'!!
