The past two days...

Alright, so .. what did I not blog about? haha I've been almost MIA for two days now. It has been BUSY!

So, I wasn't able to report back to you guys on my progress with ZCUT #4 from yesterday. It is TABATA training and I did great on it! I definitely still had to do "girl" pushups after two sets but what I did differently - this time - is make sure to start out doing regular pushups until I absolutely couldn't take it anymore. Also, I wrote on my calendar that I had a hard time at the end on this ZCUT - I didn't have that problem this time. Sure I was exhausted and pouring sweat, but I kept up with it and I feel really confident that I did much better than the first time doing ZCUT #4.

As far as today, it was a rest day. I wasn't able to do my abs bonus today because I was away at my parent's house all day. However, I was really active today! I was just discussing with my husband that I don't think I got to sit down except briefly while fishing and during dinner! All of this is very good because I definitely went over my calories today. You see, we had a belated bday celebration for my husband and there was cake. It was my mother's cake and we are ALL dieting but we all deemed this was an occasion to indulge.

Lastly, I'm super thrilled with my weigh/tape in results today! (which is another reason I'm not stressing the cake) I lost 2.4 lbs bringing my total above 10 lbs! I also lost half an inch on my waist and an inch on my hips! Finally! The fat is coming off of my hips! haha That must be why I fit into my size 11 pants. Happy Dance!!! :D

Anyways, this is just a quick blog. I'm really happy that we've been busy and I'm going to get right back to ZCUT tomorrow as per my calendar. Week 4! The last week to a whole month's worth of ZCUT! I cannot wait to write the blog summing up my results from a whole month! :)

    oh yeah, I found myself pulling them up and shimming around bc my butt was just wanting to pop out of them all over the place. haha! Guess I need to lose more butt and hips XD Thighs felt good though and they went up without the ridiculous "lay in the bed and suck it in" maneuver.

    Yay! we can both fit into 11's! lol, but mine are still pretty tight :(
