well...the same ole story that's sabotaged all previous attempts seems to be happening again. I've only been to the gym about 3 times since Easter. I've not been controlling my Dr. Peppers and the late night snacking has returned. I've gained back 5 lbs in the past three weeks. I quit tracking my food and exercise on SP. Praying that I will get back to it. Still hoping to at least be back in the 230's before vacation. That would mean at least 20 lbs in the next 14 weeks.....let's get back to it...I hope!
