Been a while since writing a blog

Yep, it has been about a month... long overdue for a blog check in.
I've been doing well overall. I am continuing to follow my Weight Watcher plan, I have been working out with Zumba 2x per week and Water Aerobics 1-2x per week. I am also trying to do a DVD in the morning a few times a week.
The weight is dropping overall. Some weeks are down, some are up, but the overall drop is taking place. I am down 12.6 lbs since Dec 8, 2012. I wish the weight would drop faster, but I know consistency is something I need to work on...
I need to make sure I am tracking everything I eat and I need to make sure to make good food choices consistently... so these are the things I will be working on.
The most important thing on this journey right now is that I am still focused and realizing that this is a lifetime journey that I have committed to. I have my SMART Goals and I am still going to my WW meetings and I haven't quit on myself... something I am really good at doing.
I will not quit, I will stay focused and I will stayed committed to this lifetime lifestyle change.
