Well, this week is going well. I am doing good with meeting my goals.
1. The weather has really been nice, so I got outside and did yard work and took a walk each evening after dinner.
2. Tracked my meals everyday
3.Ate more fruits and veggies this week
4. Still working on better portion control, but getting better at it.
5. Ate out and thought about a healthier choice and even brought half my meal home.
Hopefully tomorrow when I get on the scale I will see this all paid off. If for some some reason I didn't lose, I won't beat myself up over it, but move on. This is a journey of my lifetime to change my way of healthy eating and exercise and to be healthy for a lifetime and today is the first day of the rest of my life.
