Quick and Easy Meal Ideas

Spark Coach asked us, today, to describe a quick and easy meal idea.
My most recent, quick and easy breakfast or lunch, mostly lunch, though, is a smoothie that can be mixed and blended in less than 5 minutes.
I start out with unsweetened almond milk (1 cup-30 cals.) and 1/2 cup of 1% Kefir (yogurt drink), or use 1.5 cups of the almond milk, only.
To this, I add 3 cups of organic baby kale, 1 cup of a frozen, three-berry mix, 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp. of Arbonne protein mix, and either 1 tbsp. of filtered flax oil, or 1 tsp. of organic almond butter. Blend until smooth and creamy.
It's like drinking a milk shake, but it is a healthy smoothie. Try it!
I often don't drink all of it, and keep the rest for a quick snack in the afternoon.
