It's not Monday!

What a week! A friend of mine that went missing has finally been found. My trainer who I haven't heard from since I cancelled training on Wednesday finally talked to me today. My SO and I went through a tense period and have come to an agreement about my working out meaning I got the OK to continue my Mon-Thurs schedule. First, my friend who was reported missing got into her car and just decided to drive anywhere to clear her head without telling anybody. After she had been missing for 24 hours her family went to the police and put up fliers, then we went out to look for her, and on Thursday she just showed up at the local police station, saying that she ran out of gas and didn't know where else to go. Right now she's back with her family. Kind of a strange situation all around. Trainer-wise my guy told me that he wasn't ticked off, a little disappointed because I cancelled during primetime hours, but made sure to tell me repeatedly that he..um..loves me and that he'll always love me no matter what. That's really nice to know, but if SO finds out...egh. Is that OK behavior? I definitely don't think it's meant in a romantic fashion, but it was kind of jarring especially as he displays a totally professional appearance. I think this is the first time he ever talked like this. Either way I'm off to the gym! SO sussed out his feelings towards me losing weight (mixed emotions) but both of us finally agree that it's a good thing for me to do, so there's no second guessing about him being home all alone. So all in all a very interesting week, but I'm really looking forward to some version of boredom so I can chill out.

This is bound to prove to be a quieter week for you! Sheesh! As for your friend -- I hope she's OK. Sounds like there is a huge piece of that puzzle missing.

Hopefully, things will run much more smoothly for you. Your gym routine is important and I'm gald you've resolved that.

I am glad your friend is back home safe.
I think you should do what is best for you on the fitness front. I hope your goals you have set are reachable without outside help if they are not i would change them so you can be successful.
I wish you all the best as your journey to better health continues emoticon
