Early to Bed, Early to Rise!

It's going on 9:30 and I'm heading to bed. I want to wake up at 5:30 for a workout before I head to work tomorrow. I hate early morning workouts, but I just don't have the energy in the evenings right now. Plus, I get home late, make dinner, pick up around the house, and then head to bed. Morning are just a better time, not I just have to train my body to accept it!
