It's not quite the end of the world, yet, but it may seem close. I tried, instead of picking "whole body workout", the "basic upper body workout", and well, it's about eight exercises short of the custom routine I had programmed into the old tracker, but it will do. It will take some getting used to, but it can work. I would really like to see the old tracker made available to us again, but if we have to use this, then we can still be ok. There's a few options available, so maybe I'll have to try them to see what works best.
On we go! We can do this!!! :D Don't give up on strength training, yet, folks! It's very important for a lot of reasons!!!!! I've learned this first-hand and will gladly share more if needed. :)
