I actually managed to take a real rest day today. I only walked Cooper 6.2 miles and did 12 minutes of low impact cardio as well. No ST, no running, low walking mileage= a break for my poor, tired feet. It felt weird not to do more, but my whole body needed the break. I got a chance to read a couple of books today, because I didn't do as much. Still kept my fitness streak alive another day.
Tomorrow I plan on going to the gym... after walking the dog and going for blood work. I have a Doctor's appointment next month with my GP, and I am hoping to be at my goal weight by then. I hope he is impressed with my progress, I know I am!
Today started out warm and sunny, but got colder and started raining, so it turned into a good day to stay inside and read. It also meant I wanted comfort food for dinner. I indulged in grilled cheese and tomato soup. It just fit my mood. Lunch was simple... sardines and crackers. I must be over my sardines craving though, because I found I didn't enjoy them. The craving only hits me about once a year, so I am set for another year now. lol
