The last few days have been challenging. I worked out five days; however, with out of town guests yesterday I feel like I undid all of that work! Though I hadn't been tracking well I had the things that I'd prepared in advance so I'd felt good about my caloric intake up until Saturday's drinking! ARGHHHH
I've also found that with PMS I crave salty foods and carbs. I began the day with a body pump class and the promise that I'll do better with tracking this week. I increased my water significantly this past week by making myself have water after every non decaf tea. Tomorrow will be such an awesome weather day that I'll try out the running shoes that I purchased two weeks ago!
