Detox, Day 1

I made it through Day 1 just fine. I was a little nervous about no coffee and one would think I starved at some point in my life because I was worried, SO worried, about being hungry. Today was the easiest day, it will get progressively harder, but it was so funny to see all the food I prepared for my dinner and could not stuff down. There was a small piece of salmon (fish is allowed) along with beet greens, asparagus, sweet potato and a HUGE salad. Of course, I couldn't eat it all.

Spent lots of time in the yard, raking leaves STILL and watering the gardens. Pickng up branches and watching the birds.

I'm very pleased at how I did. It's been a day full of fruit and veggies and it went really, really well. On to day two!!

    I'd already be done for - the "no coffee" would have finished me off before breakfast! Hang in there!
