To be entirely honest, which is what I plan to do, I didnít do so well this week. I am more than pumped however to start week three. I have my healthy foods and I know the challenges and Iím ready. This week I didnít plan my meals too well. I was low on healthy foods and just ate odds and ends until grocery day. I learned from my mistakes and I felt horrible honestly for not doing as well in week 2 as I did in week one. I ate over my calories a few more days that I like to admit, but I did watch my portions. I went for a nice walk with my husband and our niece over the weekend and rode our bicycles for a little. I really enjoyed the fresh air even though it was a little chilly. My current weight is 330, 5 pounds less than last week.
