Finally nice weather and a day off to go to the Gun Club and shoot at the range. Verified my scope settings for 100, 300 and 600 yards on the 100 yard range. Everything is zeroed in and ready to go. Leagues will be at 300 yards on Monday to warm up, and then we are off to 600 yards the rest of the summer.
Weather was perfect, sunny, 70's and some wind. After shooting went on a walk around the club. Felt nice to be outside and in a more natural setting than walking in town.
Headed home and got the day lilies uncovered and some wash going. Also did some reloading so have some bullets ready to go for Leagues. Hubby is teaching my how to prep my brass for reloading. Lots to learn and remember. Consistency is the key to get good repeatability in the bullets we shoot.
Just had a light rain come through. So glad we got the raking done and the lilies uncovered. the rain will be perfect for them. They should double in size by tomorrow night. Hope there is no more snow!
