Getting healthy is always a focus of mine. I try everyday to do a few things that will contribute to my well being. The number one thing is being positive. When I find myself losing hope, I quickly start to give thanks for all that I have in my life. My health seems to always be the 1st, my healthy children, a roof over our heads, food on the table, dependable transportation, great friends. That usually does the trick for me. If I get depressed, I search the net for stories about people who are over coming incredible challenges in their lives. It is difficult to stay depressed when we consider the multitude of challenges that others are facing.
