This week I did a modified version of couch to 5k, The Spark People running plan is only 5 weeks, so I'm just warming up for it. Day 1 I walked 4 minutes and ran 1 for 35 minutes, Day 2 I did 3 minutes of walking and 1 minute of running, 2 minutes of walking and 1 minute of running, then 1:1 on day 4. This week it's scheduled to rain, so I'm hitting the gym for most of the days.
This week I tried doing a full body push up, and I kinda did one, the next day I did 5 weak ones. :-P I'm not entirely sure how this happened.
Tonight I went to Walmart (I hate Walmart because it's so busy... but everything is generally cheaper) I bought meals for work, soup for morning breakfasts, and some pants for work. I can fit in a stretchy 42 now! That's probably no different than a regular 44 or 46, but still it's nice visual progress.
I didn't lose weight this week. In fact I gained about 2 pounds, however I weighed after I ate, so that number may have been a little skewed. :-(
