Day 28 - A Full Month!

I successfully completed one month of blogging every day, charting my goals, logging in my foods and exercises, and other life changers!

Last month, I felt fat, sluggish, tired, and old. Today, I feel awake, thinner, energetic, and younger!

Plantar facilities is nearly gone! Spring weather is around the corner, I graduate exactly one week from today, and I feel confident that I will find a new job and continue on with Sparkpeople!

Rock on!

    congrats!!!! that is so awesome!!! i feel like the first month is the hardest part...if you've made it this far, you can make it for the long haul :)
