Ready to start summer!

Sunday, April 28, 2013

I am finally almost done this semester. My nutrition class wraps on Friday and although its been an extremely frustrating class it's also been one heck of a learn experience. We had to write up a dietary analysis and I'll tell you really having to break down your eating habits and admit to some bad ones was almost painful.

Life is moving on past classes slowly-My birthday is Thursday (I'll be 31), school wraps this week and back in March I found a little slice of happiness when Josh and I decided to try it again.

That brings me to a question. Josh and I have always had a size difference but when he moved to New Orleans he dropped about 50 lbs and now looks uber skinny compared to me. That has been quiet the adjustment. I am not totally used to our sizes being that noticeable. Don't get me wrong I'd love him no matter what, it's just an adjustment.

I will never admit I'm not deliriously happy right now.)

I did write that fat positive paper and got a B+. That was a little hard on the feelings as well only because it opened my eyes just a little more how mean the world can be-especially to fat people.

I hope to write more but for now I need to go plan some yummy but healthy meals :)

Good luck on keeping focused on your goals! You will get to a happier place in time. Be patient. It took time to create the body you are trying to recreate. Men make it look easy to lose weight, but remember you both are different. You'll get there!
