Get Sleep - This one is tough with a 2 year old that still tends to wake up for no reason at some point during the night. So I need to make sure I am going to bed at a reasonable hour so that I can get enough rest.
Eat Clean - This is a big one for me. If I can stay out of the cabinets, away from the processed 'junk' and not order out then it will be a big win.
Drink Water - It seems so simple. I like water. It is refreshing. What don't I like? The zillion trips to the bathroom. Especially when those trips include a 2 year old bathroom buddy! haha
Exercise - I am training for a half marathon (walking) so this one has been going ok for me. But I need to make sure I don't let up. It's time to keep my momentum going.
These are the things I am really focusing on this week. I am going to plan my meals & exercise for each day the night before. This way I (hopefully) don't even think about each meal and I just make what was planned. ONE DAY AT A TIME!
