WEEK 4 progress & pics

Happy Sunday everyone! Hope you're having a good weekend?

I've had a mad week -

- tennis Monday but then chinese!
- dinner at friends Tuesday (Oreo cookie cheesecake!)
-P!NK concert Wednesday - amaaaazing! but bad food and a few too many
- lunch for friends birthday = pizza and cake!
- dinner at Mums Thursday as my brother was home from Dubai for a quick visit = roast dinner and Mums homemade cakes, mmmm!

I weighed myself Friday morning and was 3lbs up from my goal weight! That meant i had gained, no! emoticon emoticon emoticon

I could've cried and completely given up for the week (tempting) but decided it was ok to slip up (it was really fun!!) and instead got back on the bandwagon. I went to the gym and did an hour on the x-trainer! I was surprisingly energetic and bumped up the level from 12 to 16 and went for 7km!! Then came home and had healthy salmon, veg and sweet potato

Saturday I walked from my city to my Mums village - 9.3km! It was a looong way but beautiful sunshine and views so i didn't mind, and it cured my curiosity! Ate a healthy soup for lunch and Qorn bolognese at Mums Saturday night.

So, Sunday morning, i was hoping to lose at least some of the 3lbs i had gained!

Here are the results...

Sunday 21st:
16st 13lbs/237lbs/107.7kg
BMI 38.27

Friday 26th:

Sunday 28th:
16st 9lbs/233lbs/105.9kg
BMI 37.63

I don't know how i did it but i managed to lose my gain and the 2lbs i was hoping to lose!!! Must have been all those km's i walked i think!!

Anywhere, it worked, hope you guys are working in the right direction also! Here comes another week and, hopefully, another 2lbs ;0)

    I am right there with you....I indulge myself as yesterday I had a huge slice of cake and you know what it didn't kill me, it tasted great and I ran 7.5 kms it all works out in the end. I felt no guilt whatsoever either!

    Lucky girl you got to go to my favourite artist...PINK! Is she really as fit as she seems on the covers of the mags?
