Much Needed Recovery Week

Did my first double day for triathlon training yesterday. Biked in the morning and ran in the afternoon. It didn't go as well as I had hoped. Had to walk about 2 of the 8 miles. The triathlon isn't until September. I have plenty of time to get things going better.
I moved my daughter last week on my rest day. So, I've been going hard for 2 weeks straight. Swimming, biking, or running 6x a week takes its toll after a while!
Anyway, resting well today. Tomorrow starts a recovery week. Most of my workouts are just over half of the training I've been doing. I'll be so ready to hit it hard a week from tomorrow. Bring on the recovery!
