Below 250 :)

Woohoo...I'm below 250 pounds this morning! When i get to 240, my reward will be a drive to Jasper to do yoga with a friend.
I just returned from church.
I stacked my wood yesterday. Near the bottom of the pile I saw a bundle of grass and that should have alerted me that a small critter was nest building. A few moments later, a mouse ran out from a piece of wood I lifted, startling me and I let out a shriek!
This past Easter, I gave up chocolate during Lent. I was one that could devour 3 , even 4 chocolate bars at a time because I love it; even a box of turtles. That deprivation has been a good one. I no longer buy chocolate. I will have a piece and an occasional dessert with chocolate now, it is no longer one of my food groups.
Being an empty-nester at this time means that I rarely watch tv. I used to get hungry from seeing the fast food commercials all the time.
Today i plan to do some Sweatin' aerobics and make some crafts...nourish my inner artist and my muscles.
