My clothes have been feeling pretty loose for the past week or so. They looked bulky and way too roomy. So I decided to try on some old clothes this weekend. I tried one size down---still loose. I lost two sizes! It feels great.
I've been keeping a really great pace of weight loss lately, about 2 lbs a week for the past 12 weeks or so . I do hate how hard it is to measure the weight loss on a day to day, or even week to week basis. I vary so much ( I drink a TON of water) that it's often difficulty for me to see results on the scale. But my high points are getting lower, and my low points are getting lower. Generally, I have an "official" weigh in at the same time every week, but I can't help myself from taking unofficial measurements more regularly.
I have some really cute clothes that are one size down from where I am now, so I'm looking forward to being able to wear those again in a few weeks/months!
