It's been a while since I wrote a blog. In that time I have been hit with some upsetting family matters. We all get them and know that things will and can happen, but somehow when they do it is still a shock. I am getting past those things, but I keep struggling with my eating habits.
I downloaded a free book called Surprisingly...Unstuck: Rewire your brain to exercise more, eat right, and truly enjoy doing so. The author seems to have walked in my shoes and has some great tips that I am putting into practice. I hope to finally build some momentum and get on track to reaching my weight loss goal. One of the things that she suggested is going public with your goals. This is going to require me to post more about my journey. That will be a good thing, but it is a little scary too. I have seen other Sprakpages that listed weekly weight lost/weight. I think I need to do something similar. I just need to get past my fear and post it. It can't make matters worse, can it?
