I officially started a beginner 5k prep program today. It's similar to the C25K. I did pretty well. Still walking 3 or more times a week. Usually over 2 miles.
Yesterday I did the March of Dimes walk-a-thon. Had a great time.
I haven't lost anymore weight but I haven't gained either. I'm getting my diet back on track.
I've gotten out of the habit of checking Spark every day. Uggghh.
