Well, I am over the moon!
Here's why, after one week on "the Plan" I have lost 0.2lbs short of 5 pounds!
Seriously! I can't believe it!
I know why it is working, I am eating real meals instead of snacking, and no coffee, no sugar, no wheat ( which I know help) and I have been eating TONS of veggies!
The Plan is designed to make sure you get your protein and not all animal either!
I knew before I started that I was not getting enough protein and I also knew that I was snacking all the time and never really just eating a big meal!
I know that the principle of gathering "data" on foods that are friendly to your body makes so much sense! I already knew this principle, I just did not have an avenue to gather the data in this way! I am learning so much!
This was lunch one of the days, soup and salad!
WE HAVE 3 DAYS Left of the 30 Day Challenge!
I can't wait to weigh and measure!
