I get overwhelmed easily. I have a whole list of things I need to do on any given day. So, I have chosen to do what I read here somewhere. I made a list of things I need to do, and I'm going to cut them out, put them in a bowl, and then pick one item out at a time and then do that chore on that piece of paper. I think that's the best way to go about it. Let's see if it works.
I also have a reward for after I exercise today and eat in my calorie range. I'm going to do my own nails :) That always makes a girl feel pretty! lol
