One thing at a time

Sunday, April 28, 2013

I get overwhelmed easily. I have a whole list of things I need to do on any given day. So, I have chosen to do what I read here somewhere. I made a list of things I need to do, and I'm going to cut them out, put them in a bowl, and then pick one item out at a time and then do that chore on that piece of paper. I think that's the best way to go about it. Let's see if it works.

I also have a reward for after I exercise today and eat in my calorie range. I'm going to do my own nails :) That always makes a girl feel pretty! lol

I love your ideas! I too, tend to overwhelm myself very easily! You can do this! I may even try to rope my girls into helping and then we will all have a "spa" day on Friday! We can do this! You are strong enough, you are worth it! Keep going strong!

I like that idea. When I have a lot to do, I tend to jump from task to task to task and not get anything finished! But, I do feel better when I write things down, because then they won't be forgotten. This seems like a good way to take care of both points.
