I have done so much again the past week but a lot accomplished. I did get a membership to the YMCA on Thursday. I only took the kids swimming on Thursday. Friday after work I did a little of my school work than took my son over, I walked on the treadmill for a while then we went swimming again. It was so much fun. My plan and goal is every weekday do at least 45 mins on the treadmill, 45 mins on the bike then swimming. My swimming is actually fast swimming to exercise it is more of a playtime with my children, which is still burning calories. The weekends I will probably just go for the pool so I can relax a bit plus I am normally busier during the weekend with activities.
Yesterday my daughter had a softball tournament, her first game was at 8 am (we had to be there at 7:30), she played 5 games all day and won 3rd place. Then we went to my best friend's daughters 16th birthday party. We got lots of sun yesterday since we were outside all day from 7:30 am until 9:30 pm with only 45 mins in the car. It felt so good since Pennsylvania has not been getting the best weather lately.
I did weigh in today with a weight loss of 1 pound even again. I am so happy that I am still losing each week. I'm not even going to pretend though that it doesn't bother be a little. I worked so hard this week with exercising. I did video's everyday plus other activities. I walked everyday if it was at the park or on the treadmill. I even stepped up my walks to longer times. Hopefully I am losing more in inches which I will check next week with my weigh in.
