I have been on so many diets over my adult life and I'm kind of tired of it because I never stick to them. I'm trying one more time and I want it to be the last. I have a trainer at my gym who is working with me, more for accountability, support and encouragement. I'm starting with South
Beach because a low carb nutritional intake works for me.
I'm making myself be diligent with logging into the trackers, a new discipline for me. In the past I'd never make it past lunch. I'm down 4 lbs so far, I intend to be victorious this tine
