Starting again

Sunday, April 28, 2013

I have been on so many diets over my adult life and I'm kind of tired of it because I never stick to them. I'm trying one more time and I want it to be the last. I have a trainer at my gym who is working with me, more for accountability, support and encouragement. I'm starting with South
Beach because a low carb nutritional intake works for me. emoticon I'm making myself be diligent with logging into the trackers, a new discipline for me. In the past I'd never make it past lunch. I'm down 4 lbs so far, I intend to be victorious this tine
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me".

I need to get some photos on my Spark page

Hi PJHAWK7! I enjoyed your blog, you can do it! I'm also a 50+ woman too, and I find the South Beach plan works best for me, too. Wishing you success and happiness in your daily journey in good health. emoticon
