weekend update and planning next week

I did not go to the gym on Saturnday like I had planned: I did not feel very well and was super tired. I napped all day so I guess I needed some extra rest. Today I felt better already and we went for a 1 hour walk with our pack (2 humans and 1 dog).

My friends are coming to visit me next weekend and I have lot to prepare for that: hopefully will get my normal exercising done, but on the weekend I can't exercise because of my guests and I assume there might be some extra calories involved too, but that is ok. They come once a year or less often and we do have some celebrations to do (and I am not trying to lose weight at the moment).

I found a interesting looking SP group called Iron Maidens and joined them (plus several other interesting groups), it's for women who lift weights :) Yay for strong women!

    i am happy you got the extra sleep so important but not that you were sick. good job on the walk maybe your guests might want to walk with you or maybe you can get up a little earlier and fit your exercise in dont count it out. hope you have a great tiem with friends they are so important,
