Well, day 2 entry! Woke up ridiculously early this morning, had a coffee, sat down to watch Doctor Who on Netflix...immediately changed to Youtube and did a reggae dance workout first! 18 minutes! Sweated, ran out of breath, feel great!
I am proud of myself! I was awake and decided to use my Doctor Who episode as a reward instead of wasting time! I figured that if I watched Doctor Who first an hour would go by, then my family would be up, other chores or TV would get in the way...I de died to do the workout first, get it done, and then move on with my Sunday!
I am living in the NOW not in the future or in the past! What can I do NOW to positively impact my health and my life!?! Woo hoo!
