I made it through 5 running intervals today!
I think I'm going to stick with that for a while. I was starting to feel some twinges in my knees by the end, and I really don't want to push myself too fast and get injured. I haven't signed up for any actual 5Ks, so I have all the time I need to concentrate on my form and get my body used to the new demands.
After spending 30 minutes on the treadmill I hopped on the ARC Trainer and burned 221 calories in under 16 minutes. I think ARC and I are embarking on a long, satisfying relationship.
