I met all of my goals for yesterday!
Mindful eating for one meal
Stay within calorie range
40 minutes dog walk (+10 bonus minutes)
9 cups of water
For today it is all of the above plus:
10 minutes stretches
I weighed in this morning and I am down 1.2 pounds from last week. I wasn't great about staying within calorie range all week, but I am definitely eating less than before. Combine that with the extra activity I have been doing = weight loss.
