struggles with night time eating

so one of the keys to my current success in weight loss has been limiting my snacking at night. The last few days I have really been struggling with this. So hard to connect what your head knows with actions sometimes! Tonight I am planning a balanced snack right at 8 and no more food after that. One trick I am going to try is to get some tasty herbal tea to help with cravings since that worked well the other day!
