So tomorrow is a big day for me. I have to meet with the wellness coordinator at our hospital and I have to have lost weight in order to get a 600 dollar discount on my insurance. Part of me thinks it's crap that this is required but what ever. I should show a weight loss. However, not all scales are created equal. We'll see. I lost 1.6 pounds this week.
I went on 2 big bike rides this week(20 miles each), and did yard work ALL day yesterday. Hours of strenuous manual labor. Every thing I own hurts. lol. I got up yesterday morning thinking we would pack up the bikes, a picnic lunch and head out. Unfortunately my DH had other plans. So we pulled weeds and mulched around shrubs, raked the yard, blah, blah, blah . You get the picture. We did have a nice campfire last night. Nothing better than that after a long days work. How was your week?
I want to fit in 60 miles on my bike this week. What's your goal?
