The cake and the ha'penny

So as grannies used to say, you can't have the cake and the ha'penny. I'm finding logging all my food most instructive. I can eat anything, but some things are just a bit costly. Even days where I've had all the treats I've wanted and stayed within calorie allowances tell a different tale when I look at the fibre, or the saturated fats. I'm glad however I seem to have found peace with food, I'm never going to not have triggers, but I'm better at shooting cans rather than myself in the foot theses days. Looking forward to my first 10 lbs off.

    Love your sayings! I'm finding the nutritional tracker most valuable. I was having trouble while tracking my own choices and ending up with not enough calories, but too much fat. Have decided to go with Spark People diets and switch to other choices within that category, since I am a picky eater! We shall see. Already my eyes have been opened! emoticon
